We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or other legitimate reasons. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.

Customers choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) should keep the required amount ready at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Express Shipping: ₹150, with estimated delivery within 3–5 days after order processing.

  • Free Shipping: No shipping charge, with estimated delivery within 7–15 days after order processing.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Once the courier partner provides the tracking ID, we will send the tracking details to your registered email address.

Kitchen Hub is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before processing begins. Customers must contact our support team as soon as possible to request cancellation.

Cancellation is not allowed once an order has been shipped. Requests received after processing has begun may not be accepted.

6. Refund and Return Policy

Customers must request a return within 5 days of receiving the order, subject to the eligibility requirements outlined in our Refund and Return Policy.

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for eligible damaged or defective products.

  • A complete unboxing video recorded continuously from the beginning of opening the package is mandatory for return, refund, or replacement requests.

  • Products listed as non-returnable on our website, including designated products X, Y, and Z, are not eligible for return under our stated policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
