At Kitchenhub, we process orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation terms before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Before Processing

Customers may request to cancel their order before the order is processed.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.

3. Important Note

Cancellation requests are subject to the order status at the time we receive the request. Kitchenhub cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered the processing or shipping stage.
